You may find it helpful to use the system while meeting with your sales representative. When you decide to place an order to replenish stock, your sales rep will receive credit for the order.

Every order entered on line is reviewed by a member of our office support staff. We will call you to confirm that we received your order, clarify any questions, and let you know the expected ship date.

If your account with Tide-mark is current, on-line orders will be billed under our usual terms. The system permits you to enter credit card information if your business uses that payment method, however, the credit card will not be charged until products are shipped. If your account is not current, we will call you to establish your account.
